Spectrum FGF Pellet ASA-X CF10 is a specialized, industrial-grade composite granulated material designed for Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF). Based on an improved ASA-X matrix and reinforced with 10% carbon fibers, this material is engineered for functional parts that must endure harsh environmental conditions without sacrificing structural integrity.
By integrating carbon fiber reinforcement, we have significantly enhanced the material's stiffness and dimensional stability, making it one of the most reliable options for large-scale outdoor 3D printing. The result is a print that offers high thermal resistance, low warping, and a professional matte charcoal finish.
As with all carbon-filled materials, ASA-X CF10 is abrasive. For optimal longevity of your FGF system, the use of hardened steel extrusion screws and nozzles is highly recommended.
